Manchester’s home of ‘Designer Pastas’ and ‘Stone- Baked Pies’, Pagani’s features Pizzas cooked in a massive brick oven. Chicken, Veal and Seafood are offered in many variations. Homemade Breads and Dessert are excellent. Great Cappucino, also.
I don’t believe I heard any complaints. We all got our food quickly and each of us dove in. I was very impressed with my order. The spinach was crisp, the mozzarella was fresh as was the carrots and the steak was made to perfection. It was neither tough nor chewy. The plate was also a perfect portion. Often when I order a meal like this there is too little or too much but Nick’s Lake House pulled it off perfect. I ate every last bite and tried hard not go “mmm” every time. It went perfect with the beer I had which was ice cold.
One thing that makes the restaurant stick out is the bar area. There is over thirty beers alone on tap. This is something unique as most bars or restaurants have five to six beers on tap in the Berkshires. Now the amazing part: there is still more to choose from.
1) St. Armands Circle This is a very unique location. Residents are literally within steps of fine and dinner around me, shopping, ice cream, day spa and the lovely Lido Key beach. There are several fabulous waterfront homes around “The Circle”. Keep in mind that is not cheap here. This is some of the most expensive Sarasota waterfront homes. To get that highly sought after wide bay vista you will need to spend at least .5 million. Canal front homes are hovering around million.
DESERT DEMONSTRATION GARDEN – Is a display of hundreds of desert plants and explaining how desert plants grow in the desert. It also has a relaxing beautiful environment packed with birds and plants. Books, scopes, measuring tools, and other items are available to buy daily.
What a beautiful view! The deck we were seated on gives you an entire view of Lake Harmony. The sun glinting off the water was an impressive site while we waited for our drinks to come. The party I had attended with included 8 others. We went as a group for our Adult Art Class and the view made it totally worthwhile without even seeing the menu. Once our drinks arrived, mostly beers but some soda’s, iced teas and coffees, we started to put in our orders off the menu.
Orlando might be a big draw for visitors to this 447-mile peninsula, but there is more to this place then just a famous mouse. Florida has more then 1,000 miles of beaches, major airports near each city, inexpensive airfare to get here, this is the destination for those who thirst for the fun-in-the-sun atmosphere.
My love of cooking outdoors is fulfilled with my electric frying pan. I take it on our camping vacations and also use it on my patio when cooking foods which let off heavy odors like fish. The only person to come out of the house when I am cooking fish on the patio is my cat!
