The food on the menu for lunch was mouthwatering. Nick’s Lake House offers a variety of foods to choose from. Burgers, Fish, Steak, Salads, Pizza and more. No one was disappointed with the choices available. We placed our orders rather quickly as more than half of us are starving artists literally! We get hungry and want to be fed quickly. A few people ordered Grilled Reuben’s, one of us ordered a small personal Pizza, another had an Italian Sausage Sandwich and one of us ordered a burger with fries. I got to splurge on myself a little, so I ordered a house spinach salad with sirloin steak medium rare.
Coal Vines is a pizza and wine bar that is open till Midnight through Wednesday and 1 A.M. Thursday through Saturday. Located on Cedar Springs Road, Coal Vines’ wine list is your typical French variety wines in red and white. Even their eggplant sandwich is upscale with a casual flair. This is fine dinner around me that you want at late night without a grease pit or upscale prices.
I don’t believe I heard any complaints. We all got our food quickly and each of us dove in. I was very impressed with my order. The spinach was crisp, the mozzarella was fresh as was the carrots and the steak were made to perfection. It was neither tough nor chewy. The plate was also a perfect portion. Often when I order a meal like this there is too little or too much, but Nick’s Lake House pulled it off perfect. I ate every bite and tried hard not go “mmm” every time. It went perfect with the beer I had which was ice cold.
Most buyers want their pool to be their private haven and not have prying eyes overlooking. Remember, a picture can tell a 1,000-word story – just make sure it’s the right one!
Manchester’s home of ‘Designer Pastas’ and ‘Stone- Baked Pies’, Pagani’s features Pizzas cooked in a massive brick oven. Chicken, Veal and Seafood are offered in many variations. Homemade Breads and Dessert are excellent. Great Cappuccino, also.
Lenox finally has a new dining experience. The food and selection are what will allow Benogin’s to continue bringing in new customers. If you are ever traveling to the area and are looking for a great place to eat without breaking the wallet, Benogin’s is the place to go.
There are several drawbacks, however. Firstly, during peak dinner times, the wait for a table can be excruciatingly long (think one to two hours). On weekend nights while the college is in session, the bar can be completely inaccessible. This is due both to the proximity to the college and to the small size of the bar. Other bars close to the college, such as the Flying Bull Saloon and the Blue Parrot Bistro, don’t have this problem as much due to their size and efficiency.
